Magnesium Oxide Powder

On January 17 2002, Kitty made a post to several newsgroups regarding labeling errors in magnesium powder that we had received from Life Extension Foundation (LEF); the message was sent in parallel to Bill Faloon, President of LEF. In Bill's reply, which is included in the post thread, he mentions letters to be sent to purchasers of the two powder lots whose labels contained errors. Indeed these two letters were received quite promptly and they are shown below.

As a follow-up to the MgO density measurement investigation above, Kitty measured the densities of the powders in our "morning potion" and "meal cocktails" as described separately. The responses she received from Erik Cochrane, Vice-President of Beyond a Century (BAC) and Bill Faloon of LEF are very interesting. Both were contained in posts Kitty made to the same 5 newsgroups that received the original on MgO density labeling inaccuracies. The entire thread containing all exchanges to date with both these companies is available at Google.Groups. As a result of the response from BAC, we will cease to use that company's products once our stock is depleted and we have noted this in our Regimen Change Record.

Bill Faloon's reply of 2/5/02 (included in the Google Groups post above) referred to a letter that would be sent to all purchasers of LEF powder supplements. Our latest order from LEF contained this letter which is shown below.
